The Ring Main Unit (RMU)in Electric is an equipment that using to achieve the ring in the grid

to avoide the interruption in power supply to the load or to distribute the power to more than one

source or more depending on the requirements. RMU is a 11kV or 33kV HT panel having 2 nos. of  Circuit Breakers (VCB).Its enables consumer use 2 sources of HT power in at the same metering point. Its totally sealed, gas-insulated compact switchgear unit. RMU is to be used 2 incoming with mechanical & Electrical Interlock.
